Join leading scholars from Canada, the United States, and New Zealand for a discussion of The War Against Law: What’s Wrong with Common Good Constitutionalism, the recent book by University Professor David Dyzenhaus. The symposium will explore fundamental questions about the rule of law and its place in a liberal democracy, using the debates surrounding the 2024 Rwanda Act as a case study.
