    Sam Garkawe is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice at Southern Cross University, where he teaches courses on human rights, victimology, international law and international criminal justice. He was one of the founding editors of the Australian Journal of Human Rights. Loretta Kelly is a Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice at Southern Cross University and also teaches at the College of Indigenous Australian Peoples, Southern Cross University. Loretta is also involved in the executive management of several Aboriginal organizations including the NSW Aboriginal Prisoners and Family Support Service that monitors Aboriginal deaths in custody. Warwick Fisher is a Lecturer in law within the College of Indigenous Australian Peoples, Southern Cross University. He is also the Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Indigenous Studies. He was the original Coordinator of the Assoc. Deg. Law (Aboriginal Paralegal Studies) and headed the research team responsible for the first official report on the Stolen Generations in NSW, Learning From the Past. .
