Wellness and Student Success Program Manager

Chantelle is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who trained at the University of Toronto. With over a decade of experience in social work and mental health, she is passionate about supporting student well-being in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable. As the Wellness and Student Success Program Manager, she designs and delivers programming that helps students thrive both academically and personally. Chantelle co-led the development of a five-year strategic wellness plan, launched initiatives such as the Black Mental Health Fireside Chat, and supervises the Peer Mental Health Support Program. She works closely with students, staff, and faculty to foster a community where well-being is a shared priority. Chantelle is deeply committed to creating spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys quality time with loved ones and recharging through self-care activities like reading, playing video games, and watching true crime documentaries.
