“Understanding the Assessment of Animal Suffering and the Evaluation of Monetary Penalties Under the Canadian Health of Animals Act” is a research project undertaken by a team associated with the Animal Law Program, including Angela Fernandez, Krystal-Anne Roussel, Kira Berkeley, Andrew Stobo Sneiderman, and Becca Williams.
Our research team will be presenting this project at the 2025 Animal Law and Advocacy Conference.
