Andrew Bernstein

Andrew Bernstein is a partner in the litigation department of Torys LLP. His practice focuses on commercial, public law and IP litigation, and a member of Torys Appellate Practice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1997 as the Gold Medalist and was called to the bar in 1999. In 1997-98, he clerked for Chief Justice Lamer of the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2002-03, Andrew attended the University of California (Berkeley) as a Fulbright Scholar, where he received his LL.M.
