Our in-house clinical programs offer immersive, supervised legal practice experiences. Students work directly with clients, engage in litigation and advocacy, and contribute to systemic change – all while developing core legal skills.
A hub for constitutional advocacy, litigation, and education, the Asper Centre provides students with opportunities to work on constitutional cases and policy initiatives.
U of T Law’s community legal clinic, DLS offers legal services to low-income clients in areas such as housing, employment, family, and criminal law just to name a few. Students take on real cases under the guidance of experienced lawyers.
The IHRP, Canada’s first-ever international human rights clinic, engages students in international human rights advocacy, research, and litigation. Students may work with NGOs, international bodies, and legal experts on pressing global issues.
