Scholarly Articles
Journal articles enable scholars to explore issues and ideas, and allow them to initiate dialogue within the broader academic community. While some articles become the basis for a monograph, many are highly influential in themselves, widely cited academically and by courts in Canada and globally.

Our faculty members’ scholarly output is primarily in the form of journal articles. Scholarly articles enable the exploration of critical issues and ideas, allow scholars to bring their discoveries and insights to the attention to the broader academic community and spark dialogue. Importantly, many journal articles are candidates for Open Access. In other words, publishers may authorize the inclusion of articles in Open Access repositories, such as TSpace, which enables academics and the public the world over to discover and access them at no cost. We invite you to explore the offerings below, or, alternatively, visit the Faculty of Law Collection on TSpace.
