Chantelle Boxill is a LAWS alum from Harbord Collegiate and completed a Honours Bachelor of Arts, double Major in Sociology and Women and Gender Studies. Chantelle has worked at Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club and Deloitte LLP.

In her role at Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club, she had run point in project managing a task force post flood to get the organization up and running for supper camp, in a two week period having the facility up to fire and standard code, and operating functionally.

She has coordinated the following programs: Christmas Hamper and Push for Literacy.

In her more recent role at Deloitte, she worked on government files as a Resource Manager for Class Action Lawsuit Settlements, where she ensured all teams from start to finish had the resourcing, staff and resolved any conflicts along the way. Working to build trust within Indigenous communities and bridging systematic inequalities, Chantelle has demonstrated being an advocate for groups that have faced discrimination and genocide.

In her thesis, Chantelle conducted research on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women.
