Dana Repka is an Argentine lawyer specializing in sexual and reproductive rights. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto, where she works as a Research Associate at the International Reproductive and Sexual Health Law Program. Her work combines comparative legal analysis, public health evidence, and international human rights standards, with a focus on abortion access, informed consent regulations, and conscientious objection in health care. She is a co-founder of the Youth Network for the Right to Abortion in Latin America and the Caribbean, where she supported youth-led advocacy and regional coordination on reproductive rights. She has coordinated strategic amicus curiae submissions in high-impact regional litigation and co-authored publications aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of abortion care. Her current research examines how informed consent frameworks shape adolescents’ progressive autonomy and access to sexual and reproductive health services in Latin America.
