Erika Bailey joined the Graduate Programs as the Graduate Career Advisor in May 2022. As a seasoned U of T professional for over 22 years, Erika also brings 12+ years of career and personal coaching and more than 6 years of international student advising. She brings academic research and publications including insights into adult education and identity formation and on leadership in the context of social justice.
As a career development thought-leader, writer, editor and coach, Erika supports early and mid-career transitions for professionals who are either establishing their careers in Canada and/or seeking to transition to new spheres of work.
