Gregory Ko

Gregory Ko is a partner at Kastner Ko LLP, with expertise in employment law, human rights, public law, and civil litigation.  He represents clients in workplace disputes at all levels of court in Ontario, advancing litigation in wrongful dismissal, harassment, and human rights claims. In professional discipline matters, he acts for regulators and regulated professionals.

Greg maintains an extensive public interest litigation practice, with a focus on constitutional law, administrative law, and LGBTQ rights. He also acts an independent investigator in highly sensitive matters for a wide range of organizations, including universities, hospitals, and not-for-profits organizations.

Greg graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto.
