Marcela Roman

Marcela Roman is the Communications Coordinator at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law, University of Toronto, with over 10 years of experience across communications, event coordination, digital content, and academic administration in both professional and higher education environments.

She develops and produces digital content for the Faculty, including social media content, web news and feature writing, reports, newsletters, donor profile stories, and contributions to the Nexus Magazine. She also supports website management and the development of materials for internal and external audiences.

Her experience spans both corporate and academic settings, including event coordination, digital marketing, and content development across different organizations and sectors. Prior to joining Jackman Law, Marcela worked in marketing, communications, and events in Canada and internationally, including across multiple academic units at the University of Toronto supporting event coordination and academic HR operations.

Marcela has experience working in fast-paced environments and producing content across multiple platforms.
