Marta Rochkin

Marta is a partner in the Financial Services practice group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where she focuses on project finance, infrastructure development and public-private partnerships. She has advised on landmark transactions across Canada in all asset classes including healthcare, rail, highways, electricity, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure. Marta regularly represents domestic and foreign lenders, equity sponsors, and developers in complex debt financing transactions in the project finance and infrastructure space.

Marta will bring extensive transactional experience as an Adjust Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, offering students insight into the legal and commercial dynamics that shape these complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
