Robin Nobleman

Robin Nobleman, B.A. (McGill), M.Sc. (London School of Economics), J.D. (Osgoode Hall) is a Staff Lawyer at the Income Security Advocacy Centre (ISAC) where she engages in strategic litigation and policy advocacy to advance the interests and rights of low-income Ontarians around income security programs and low-wage precarious employment. Robin was previously a Staff Lawyer leading the litigation practice at the HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario (HALCO) where she appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. She has practiced in the areas of public health, administrative, human rights, constitutional, privacy, and employment law. Robin writes about social determinants of health and public health law and policy in Canada.

Prior to her legal career, Robin completed a Masters in Health, Community and Development and worked in front line health and social service delivery in Canada and overseas.
