Anthony N. Morgan, Hons. B.A. (Toronto) 2008, LL.B., B.C.L. (McGill) 2012, MSc. (Oxford) 2024, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013. After more than a decade of working on issues of anti-racism, Indigenous rights and equality rights, he was appointed as a Member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) in May 2024.  He has participated in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Canada, Ontario’s Divisional Court, the United Nations Human Rights Committee, and the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.  Prior to his appointment to the CHRT, he led and supported initiatives focused on Canadian and international human rights, racial discrimination and policing & justice policy.
