Julie Han

Julie Han (B.A. (Hons) (University of Alberta) 2002; M.A. (York University) 2006; J.D. (University of Toronto) 2009) is the co-chair of McMillan LLP’s Major Projects, Infrastructure and Project Finance group, where her practice focuses on project financing transactions including the structuring of public-private-partnership (PPP) projects.  As a respected and trusted advisor to many of the largest and most established contractors, investors and financers of public infrastructure assets in Canada, Julie has been involved on some of the largest PPP projects to have reached financial close in Canada.
