Sarah Stothart

Sarah Stothart is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans LLP. After graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2016, she began her career in private practice at Goodmans in Toronto and subsequently moved to practice at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco, California. She returned to Goodmans in 2022 and now represents clients on disputes spanning a range of subject matters, primarily divided between complex commercial, insolvency, and intellectual property litigation.
