Tom McKinlay

Tom McKinlay, B.A. (McMaster) 1997, LL.B. (Ottawa) 2000, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. He is currently the Legal Director at the Ontario Ministry of Finance and was previously General Counsel in the Crown Law Office – Civil. Prior to joining the government, Tom spent several years as an associate with McCarthy Tetrault LLP, and he articled with the Federal Court of Appeal as judicial law clerk to Justices Arthur Stone and Barry Strayer.
