Business law explores the many ways that the law regulates corporate and commercial activity, including corporate governance, capital markets and securities regulation, bankruptcy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and competition law, as well as contracts and commercial law.

Our leading corporate and commercial law scholars prepare our students for the challenges of contemporary practice in law and business.
