Taylor Dickinson, B.A. (Queens) 2012, JD (University of Toronto) 2015 is a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Taylor specializes in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She has acted for purchasers and vendors in both public and private M&A transactions, as well as for boards of directors and special committees, underwriters and strategic investors. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.
