Theresa is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (JD 2010) and Harvard University (BA 2006). She joined Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as a summer student in 2009 and was admitted to the Blakes partnership in 2019, where her practice focused on infrastructure and procurement law. Throughout her career at Blakes, Theresa assumed leadership roles in the recruitment, mentorship, training and retention of diverse lawyers. Theresa is passionate about mental health and wellness, is a trained peer support facilitator and has professional coach training from the Co-active Training Institute.
