Tyler Lee

Tyler is a Research Assistant at the Asper Centre and a 2L JD Candidate at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Tyler holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario. There, Tyler conducted research that explored issues at the intersection of Kantian moral philosophy and the Charter protection against cruel and unusual punishment. Before entering law school, Tyler also interned in the legal department of an international Quick-Service Restaurant in Atlanta, GA. There, he spearheaded the development of an AODA-compliant accessibility policy, assisted with advisory on environmental regulations, and assisted with the development of company-wide anti-corruption practices.
