Tax Law and Policy Workshop

The James Hausman Tax Law and Policy Workshop Series

The James Hausman Tax Law and Policy Workshop is named after James Hausman, a beloved Canadian tax expert and globally influential figure in international taxation. The workshop was founded in 2004 to honour the memory of James Hausman and was launched and continues with the generous donor support of Jim’s friends, family, and admirers. Over the years the workshop has attracted many of the world’s leading tax academics to the University of Toronto to share their innovative scholarship.

Tax workshops are held throughout the academic year on selected Wednesdays, over lunch, 12:30-1:45pm. The workshops are open to all members of the university community, tax friends, alumni and practicing tax professionals. For additional information, please contact Professor Robin Morgan.
